Here is an unfinished hallway. Hmmm . . . someone seems to have stolen the floor plan . . . |
Watch out --- there are a few loose boards. The hallway continues further down . . . |
Opposite the pale door sits what appears to be a grey metal cabinet on large wheels. It stands over a meter high, is over a meter and a half long, and is glossier in some spots than others. |
There is a pale door here in the hallway's west wall. It has a metal doorknob set in a metal lockplate with a keyhole. |
Three padded wooden chairs sit here in the hallway. In between two of them is a waist-high wheeled metal cart with a large doily draped over it. A binder sits on the doily. |
For a distance of several meters, the wall on just this side of the hallway is composed of dark stone bricks instead of wood. In the middle of the stone portion of the wall, there is a heavy stone door, but it is locked, or at least very stuck. After the stone section, the previous unfinished wood wall resumes. |
The hallway branches off here to the east. |
The front room (which is north up the hallway) and its adjoining offices get the most traffic around here. I keep this site clean (if not tidy) with the iVac in the hall closet, right here. |
This much I can tell you: the study has one fixed door here in the west hallway wall, and others that are not always there . . . |
If you listen, you can hear quiet but intense flute and fiddle music wafting down the hall from somewhere around the corner . . . |
