Open your web browser. Click stop,
then type the following in the address box:

http://192.168.0.1

You should get an Actiontec menu screen.

Click on Manual Setup.

Click on Advanced Setup at the top.

Click on the WAN IP Address link.
(middle of page or on the left)

Click the Yes button to proceed.

Configure the following in the setup screen:

ISP Protocol

1. PPPoA

Encapsulation:   VC/MUX

2. PPP username: (your email address)@hevanet.com 
   PPP password: (your email password) 

3. Select the IP Type: Dynamic 

4. Select the DNS Type.

Scroll to the bottom and click, "Apply".

The next page will be VPI VCI settings. For Qwest connections,
it is 0 and 32.
For Verizon connections, it is 0 and 35
Click "Apply" again.

The modem will reset, and once the power,
DSL and Internet lights are solid green, you
should be able to access the Internet.
