Tigard has three wells which provide about 9% of its water.  The balance is purchased from other water providers.  About 68% of the total is Bull Run water purchased from the City of Portland, 17% is Bull Run water purchased from the Tualatin Valley Water District, and 5% is Clackamas River water purchased from the City of Lake Oswego.
