I have done my best to present those who speak english with translations of all the scriptures of the World's major religions available without cost. I read these books to help me understand the thinking of others who are not members of my religion. If there is a
next the text it means that I have read it. My web page space is limited so I have simply made links to each book of scripture.
Some major religions have large sects with additional scriptures or important works. If so, the religion's name has a link to that sect. Each work of scripture that can be found on the net has a link to the location of that scripture. There are three kinds of links, HTML, text in a single file or text seperated into individual files, usually by book. Where there is a single file text link I have also tried to provide information on the file size. A title in bold means the work cannot be found on the internet yet. A note saying [Not yet found on the net] is printed after the title as a reminder. If you have found one of the books that I do not have a link to please send me E-mail at refugee@hevanet.com.
