Sailing Away into Darkness

The boat pulls away from the dock, and catches the quiet breeze breeze that blows from the East.

The darkness away from land is nearly complete. If you look carefully, however, you can see a slight glow on the southern horizon. Is it the phosphorescence of algae in the water, or something else entirely? You could go that direction and find out.

If the darkness begins to feel oppressive, turn home.
