Sailing Away

The boat pulls away from the dock, and catches the stiff breeze that blows roughly East this time of day. You are now free. The boat responds willingly.

To the South are other islands. The nearest is just close enough that tops of trees are visible in the haze. With the sail set right you can reach it in a few hours.

Of course, going some where isn't the only reason to take the boat out on the water. Perhaps you'd prefer to sit back for a while and let your thoughts wander.

Not all journeys must be long. Feel free to turn around and head home.
